EPIGRAL EXPANDS ITS WIND-SOLAR

HYBRID POWER PLANT CAPACITY TO 38.14 MW

chemical

manufacturer,

Epigral

Limited, has announced an expan-

sion of its Wind-Solar Hybrid

Power plant capacity from current

18.34 MW to 38.14 MW. The

company has collaborated with

Prozeal Green Energy Ltd. to create

a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)

that will help in setting up an

additional 19.80 MW capacity.

Epigral is set to invest Rs 21.38

crore for a 26% stake in the SPV.

The strategic partnership will be

formalized for a period of 25 years

through an Energy Subscription

Agreement (ESA) and a Share

Subscription

and

Shareholder

Agreement (SSSHA) between both

the companies.

Epigral expects the capacity expan-

sion plan to be commissioned by the

fourth quarter of FY26 which will

play a crucial role in fulfilling the

company’s

increasing

power

demands for its upcoming projects.

Epigral has already announced

plans to expand its capacity for

CPVC Resin to 1,50,000 TPA

(Tonnes Per Annum) and Epichloro-

hydrin (ECH) to 1,00,000 TPA.

Moreover, the company has recently

commissioned

a

state-of-the-art

Chlorotoluene value chain plant at

its Dahej facility, further enhancing

its

production

capabilities

and

reinforcing its leadership in the

specialty chemicals market.
