GAMECHANGE BOS INAUGURATES HIGH-VOLUME

TRANSFORMER FACTORY TO MEET GROWING

GLOBAL ELECTRIFICATION DEMAND

● New Facility Capacity: Over 1,800 medium voltage transformers annually.

● Product Range: 0.5-25 MVA, voltage ratings up to 69 kV.

GameChange BOS, a division of

GameChange

Energy

Technolo-

gies, announces the opening of

its high-capacity medium voltage

transformer manufacturing facility

in

Taloja,

Maharashtra. The

state-of-the-art

factory,

spread

across 180,000 sq. ft., is capable of

producing over 1,800 transformers

annually, significantly expanding

the company’s ability to serve key

markets in India, Europe, and the

United States.

This strategic expansion enables

GameChange BOS to scale its prod-

uct offerings across the 0.5-25 MVA

range, with voltage ratings up to 69

kV, catering to high-growth seg-

ments such as AI-driven data cen-

tres, renewable energy projects,

battery energy storage systems

(BESS), and large-scale electrifica-

tion infrastructure.

“We are revolutionising the experi-

ence of the customer in the trans-

former sector with fast delivery,

great service, and unparalleled val-

ue pricing,” said Andrew Worden,

CEO of GameChange BOS. “Our

new factory enables us to address

urgent market needs and positions

us as a significant player in the

global electrification movement”,

he further added.

Aligned with the Government of

India’s Make in India and Atmanir-

bhar Bharat initiatives, the facility

boosts

domestic

manufacturing

capabilities, reduces dependency on

imports, and strengthens India’s

role as a competitive exporter of

advanced

transformer

solutions.

The facility is equipped with ad-

vanced manufacturing technology,

quality testing, and streamlined pro-

duction processes, ensuring prod-

ucts meet the highest international

standards.

India’s power demand is projected

to nearly triple by 2035, driven by

industrial expansion, rise of electri-

fication of transport, data centers

and urban consumption. Backed by

years of transformer design andcon-

struction experience, GameChange

BOS is committed to investing in

the technology and capacity needed

to meet these emerging infrastruc-

ture demands. I
