Eaton launched a range of advanced

solutions for the harsh and hazardous

areas at the Automation Expo 2025,

held in Mumbai from 11th to 14th

August. The new product launches

include its CEAG VLL Series Ex

Lights, B-Line series support systems,

Flextray system, MTL Zone Guardian

series and an ROI LED lighting calcula-

tor.

showcased

● The CEAG VLL Series Ex Lights

showcasing the company's localized

efforts by displaying its explosion-proof

LED linear fixtures designed for harsh

and

hazardous

environments.

The

product

will

be manufactured

at

Eaton's state-of-the-art facility in

Chennai.

● The B-Line series support system, a

range

of

cable

management

and

structural

support

engineered

to

withstand the rigors of corrosive and

explosive

environments

commonly

found in oil & gas and chemical facili-

ties.

● The Flextray system, which comes

with a wire-mesh design for modularity

and ease of installation, engineered to

meet the evolving needs of modern data

centers.

● MTL ZoneGuardian series, an innova-

tive Surge Protection Device (SPD)

designed to safeguard AC & DC power

systems against transient overvoltage

risks for the renewable energy sector.

● The Crouse-Hinds Series ROI LED

lighting calculator, a powerful analyti-

cal tool designed to evaluate potential

energy savings, lower maintenance

costs, and estimated return on invest-

ment. It delivers clear, data-driven

financial projections to make strate-

gic,

evidence-based decisions.

● Operational Technology (OT) cyber-

security services portfolio, designed to

safeguard data centers and the power

sector. The Crouse-Hinds series MTL

firewall

enables granular network segmentation.

The

company

also

displayed

its

cutting-edge technologies, including the

newly launched XB15M MEDC Beacon

series, Fire & Gas products, CCTV

systems, signaling and alarms, lighting,

and power distribution/controls for

tions.

In addition, Eaton showcased its Cyber-

security service offerings that includes

risk assessments, secure network archi-

tecture, and patch management. These

solutions help organizations enhance
